The Project Management Life Sciences professional will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end marketing and content delivery initiatives within a regulated healthcare environment. This role will manage project intake, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, governance activities, and delivery planning while ensuring compliance with brand, quality, and regulatory requirements. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution across multiple channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project intake, planning, prioritization, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate stakeholders, delivery teams, and business partners to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and risk management activities.
- Monitor project capacity, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and established processes.
- Track project performance and drive continuous process improvements.
- Support delivery reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Marketing Operations, or Delivery Management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content production workflows, and multi-channel delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry.
- Consulting, agency, or client-facing experience.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault, OCE, AEM, SFMC, or similar platforms.
- Experience with content governance, analytics, and performance metrics.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
