Job Summary:
Supervises daily production or warehouse activities by directing frontline teams and ensuring safe, efficient execution of assigned work. Supports operational objectives by coordinating labor, materials, and workflow within designated areas. Maintains accountability by monitoring performance, enforcing standards, and addressing issues in real time. Serves as a working leader by balancing hands-on support with oversight responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises daily production or warehouse operations by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and adjusting workflow as needed.
Directs frontline team members performing material handling, kitting, receiving, shipping, or production support activities.
Ensures materials are accurately received, staged, and available to support production or shipment plans.
Monitors safety practices, inspects equipment prior to use, and addresses unsafe conditions promptly.
Maintains accurate inventory, activity logs, and production or warehouse records using approved systems.
Provides training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Maintains a clean, organized, and orderly work environment in compliance with operational standards.
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production operations required.
Previous experience providing frontline supervision or work direction required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
