- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace), and applicable IEEE, ANSI, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environment.
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited university.
- 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, design, construction, commissioning, consulting, manufacturing, industrial facilities, energy, or related industries.
- Experience designing and supporting low-voltage electrical power distribution systems, motor control centers, and related electrical equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards.
Preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain licensure within one year of hire.
- Experience supporting projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
- Field experience involving equipment installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, or contractor coordination.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
