Job Description
You will work closely with the HR team to support core HR processes and assist with projects such as recruitment, reporting, and staff engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Provide recruitment support, including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
Assist in HR projects such as attrition analysis, annual staff engagement surveys, or other people-related initiatives
Support HR operations, including staff transfers, offboarding, exit interviews, and basic HR reporting.
Help plan and organize staff engagement activities and events
Contribute to process improvement tasks and assist in preparing HR data reports and presentation materials
Provide general administrative support, including staff requisition forms, recruitment tracking, invoice processing, and responding to HR enquiries
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and take a meticulous approach to work
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to deliver accurate work on time
