Job Description

Partners with executives to align platform/product initiatives with organizational goals and digital transformation objectives. Drives innovation, change management, value realization, and continuous improvement across all product teams. Acts as a thought leader, shaping enterprise-wide product culture and influencing industry best practices.

Job Duties

• In partnership with Enterprise leaders responsible for defining platform/product strategy, and value realization
• Shaping prioritized, executable roadmaps and refined requirements with stakeholders and product development teams
• Define organizational frameworks for UAT governance, quality gates, and risk acceptance
• Drive enterprise testing strategy and tooling roadmap; measure quality via OKRs and KPIs
• Shared responsibility for automation and advanced testing methodologies (e.g., contract testing, performance baselines)
• Deliver continuous improvement programs focused on reducing escaped defects and improving cycle time
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (UX, Architecture, QA, Release) to ensure delivery readiness
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and inform roadmap decisions

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10 years in product management or technical leadership
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
• Familiarity with test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years in senior product leadership roles, experience defining organizational product strategy and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, ServiceNow; SAFe, LeSS) and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (including AI), API integrations, data flow concepts, and enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in organizational change management, digital transformation, and governance frameworks (OKRs) with ability to enforce quality standards across multiple products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with ability to influence enterprise testing and automation adoption.
• Knowledge of healthcare or enterprise systems is a plus.

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
