Location: Remote, LATAM

The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

• Lead the visual direction of digital-first creative work across websites, campaigns, launches, and other online touchpoints.
  
• Develop distinctive visual concepts and systems that bring brands to life through typography, color, layout, imagery, and digital storytelling.
  
• Turn brand strategy and creative ideas into distinctive, high-quality work for digital platforms.
  
• Create visual directions that feel cohesive across websites, campaigns, and other digital touchpoints while giving each project a distinct point of view.
  
• Partner closely with designers, strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and creative leads throughout the creative process.
  
• Stay hands-on in the work, bringing concepts to life while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail.
  
• Explore new tools, technologies, and creative approaches that help push digital creative work forward.
  

Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)

• 6+ years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, Brand Design, or a closely related creative discipline.
  
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and high-quality work across websites, digital campaigns, launches, or other online platforms.
  
• Experience creating digital-first creative work for websites, campaigns, interactive websites, or other screen-based platforms.
  
• Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, color, visual systems, and brand expression.
  
• Ability to develop distinctive visual directions and bring them to life through hands-on design.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience working within modern digital design workflows.
  
• Experience working on high-quality creative work for brands, creative agencies, design studios, or as an independent creative partner.
