Medical Scientific Liaison | Romandie & Ticino
Location: Romandie & Ticino Switzerland (Field Based)
As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) for the French/Italian speaking part of Switzerland, you will be part of the Medical Affairs team and will be responsible for scientific exchange with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare Professionals. You will serve as a competent point of contact for medical and scientific inquiries and contribute to translating current scientific evidence into clinical practice.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and support the medical strategy by building sustainable scientific partnerships and communicating evidence-based information.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for medical and scientific exchange regarding products in the areas of Therapeutic Dermatology and Injectable Aesthetics
Build and maintain long-term scientific relationships with Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in the French/Italian speaking part of Switzerland
Present and communicate scientific and medical content during one-on-one meetings, meetings, and scientific events
Develop and execute medical and scientific activities in line with the Medical Affairs strategy
Provide scientifically sound medical information to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
Monitor relevant scientific developments and the local healthcare market and derive medical insights
Your Profile
Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a comparable field (MSc or PhD)
Professional experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with biologics or systemic therapies, ideally in Dermatology, Immunology, Allergology, or related therapeutic areas
Experience in developing and presenting scientific content to medical audiences
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as experience in building professional networks
Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland (approximately 80%)
