Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and completing make-ready work
- Completing routine maintenance work orders and responding to resident maintenance requests
- Performing basic repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Keeping the property clean by removing trash and debris and maintaining common areas, offices, amenities, and recreational spaces
- Assisting with preventative maintenance to help keep buildings, equipment, and community amenities in good working order
- Monitoring inventory and restocking maintenance and cleaning supplies
- Documenting completed work and communicating with residents about maintenance performed
- Reporting safety concerns, maintenance issues, or other hazards to the maintenance team
- Working closely with the Property Manager, Service Supervisor, and other team members to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community

Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- At least one year of maintenance, construction, facilities, landscaping, or related experience
- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
This is an active role that requires:
- Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment
- Remaining on your feet for extended periods throughout the day
