Expert Financing Solutions: Be the go-to authority on offering financing options, vehicle protection products, and personal coverage, ensuring customers understand their choices thoroughly.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs, enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, provincial, and local regulations governing vehicle sales and financing, ensuring strict adherence to legal requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize profits, while ensuring all communications and paperwork are complete prior to vehicle delivery.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years experience in finance and insurance, automotive industry experience is an asset
Drive for Excellence: A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to exceed goals.
Customer Centric: A personable and outgoing nature with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Financial Acumen: Solid financial skills coupled with a broad understanding of automotive terminology.
