HR INTERN
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Craft your own experience with us and walk away with rich HR knowledge for your future - Step ahead with us where luxury tradition meets innovation! Become a part of our HR team and grow your skills as HR Specialist, while also expanding your knowledge for the Iberia region.
You will be supporting in day-to-day HR activities for the Iberia region – related to onboarding, offboarding, internal moves and other contractual changes.
You will be facilitating employees with first-line support in their HR related questions and create HR dashboards with HR KPI’s for managers.
You will be supporting the HR Business Partners in Learning & Development activities, such as Talent Assessment, Potential Assessment and Talent Development.
Furthermore, you will be supporting the HR Business Partners in activities related to the Annual Performance Cycle, such as Mid-Year reviews, annual performance reviews, and performance calibration.
You will ensure employee files are up to date, accurately maintained, and organized in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
You will contribute to several project implementations to make this a success.
You will be working closely together with the HR team to see the full scope.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US
By being yourself and showing your passion for people and processes, while demonstrating great analytical and communication skills. You are currently enrolled in a university and are available for an internship starting for 6 months. You are fluent in Spanish and English. You like to work with HR data and are experienced in working with Excel.
As HR Intern within the HR department, you have a curious and proactive attitude to be involved in the projects in our HR department. You are creative, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
