Job Overview 综述
This role provides end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, serving as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries and maintaining data integrity in E-File and HR systems including Navigator. It also handles leave and attendance tracking, benefits vendor coordination, payroll movement inputs, contractor management, employee relations documentation, and local support to HR COE teams and ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities 职责
- Provide end-to-end operational support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and managers, delivering timely, high-quality service
- Maintain the integrity of employee electronic files (E-File), ensuring records are complete and up to date
- Maintain HR systems (Navigator and local systems) on a timely basis to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Track and monitor employee leave and attendance records
- Coordinate with external vendors on employee benefits administration and employment-related matters
- Provide local operational support to other HR functions and COE teams
- Prepare and submit payroll movement data to Payroll Operations
- Support contractor management processes
- Assist with employee relations (ER) case handling and documentation
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications 要求
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (required); fluent in Mandarin and working proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience in HR daily operations
- Strong logical thinking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR-related regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in a foreign-invested enterprise / MNC is preferred
Required Education / Years’ Experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or above
