Lead Logistics - FinOps Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence: Leading and managing the FINOPS team to focus on the key tasks below: 

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute FINOPS tasks including rate management, service-to-charge consolidation, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable follow-up in a professional and pro-active manner.
• Ensure all FINOPS activities are conducted in compliance with SOPs/IOPs and audit requirements.
• Take ownership of customer/carrier issues and resolve them in a timely and responsible manner.
• Closely monitor and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve and sustain FINOPS KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Support and/or lead other relevant tasks and projects as assigned by management.

2. Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach, and support team to ensure effective performance, collaboration, and individual development.
• Set clear team goals and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor team performance regularly and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and process excellence.
• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their potential.
• Proper resource and planning arrangement.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact between key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. GSC FINOPS, PTP, CX, Finance, Customers, Carriers).
• Proactively engage stakeholders to align expectations, resolve escalations, and improve cross-functional collaboration.

4. Performance & KPI Management

• Analyze and monitor FINOPS KPIs to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Deeply involved in weekly/monthly KPI review meetings with GSC FINOPS and BCO team.

Qualification/s:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in FINOPS or similar functions; experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FINOPS processes, controls, and KPI management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI or automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, VBA, Macros) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead by example, coach team members, and foster a high-performance culture.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
