Responsibilities
- Maintain product architecture and provide technical consulting and support to clients, partners, and internal teams
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and solutions
- Contribute to the design and development of new products and features, including sprint planning
- Support troubleshooting and customer issues, while preparing and maintaining relevant technical documentation
