Product Planning & Fulfilment Manager

As the Product Planning & Fulfilment Manager, you will have global responsibility for Sales Order Management and factory loading execution. You will lead a team of planners and work closely with Customer Supply Chain, factories, BG Logistics and other key stakeholders to ensure effective demand fulfilment and delivery performance.

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement, change management and process excellence across the planning organization. You will also focus on balancing key planning KPIs, improving ways of working and supporting Nexperia’s business and revenue objectives.

What You Will Do

Demand Fulfilment & Planning

• Lead the PPF team for an assigned BG or MAG group.
• Act as the key interface between Customer Supply Chain teams, Nexperia factories and BG Logistics.
• Ensure demand commitments are aligned with business goals.
• Manage and support customer escalations related to supply and delivery.
• Drive the resolution of delivery issues and facilitate cross-functional alignment when escalations arise.
• Support achievement of revenue targets.
• Drive Sales Order Mismatch optimization.
• Ensure order book alignment based on allocation plans.

Process & Project Management

• Take responsibility for PPF KPIs and the PDCA process within the planning team.
• Drive PPF-related projects at Nexperia level.
• Identify inefficient ways of working and define improvement requirements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive change management and promote more efficient ways of working across the team.

Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence

• Drive continuous process and performance improvements to optimize the S&OP process.
• Support improvements that strengthen business performance and competitiveness.
• Drive documentation, standardization and automation of planning processes.

People Leadership

• Lead and organize the Planning and Fulfilment team.
• Build a highly motivated and high-performing team.
• Set individual goals and targets and monitor progress.
• Foster change management and enable efficient ways of working.
• Support employee development and promotion processes.
  

What You Will Need

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in the high-tech industry, preferably within Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, with strong understanding of supply chain networks and business operations.
• Experience with SCM systems, such as SAP, i2 or similar platforms.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Business Warehouse or similar solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Strong business understanding with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Holistic and solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to focus on opportunities and solutions rather than obstacles.
• Self-driven, process-oriented and comfortable driving continuous improvement and change.
