Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of content planning, shooting & production, editing and publishing for hotel social‑media platforms including WeChat, Red, Douyin, WeChat Channel, TikTok, YouTube, with focus on assisting daily operation of TikTok / YouTube account.
- Responsible for communication on F&B‑related WeChat copywriting and produce social‑media report.
- Liaise with internal hotel departments, coordinate shooting‑related resources, propose creative topics and follow‑up platform implementation.
- Complete shooting, video editing, material proof‑reading and archiving in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Track social‑media content performance data, conduct timely analysis and optimise content direction.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver online new‑media content and produce brand‑compliant communication materials for the hotel.
- Research competitor content trends and provide suggestions for hotel content iteration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Formal training, coursework, or practical experience in data analysis, statistics, and performance reporting is a plus.
- Prior experience in film, television, commercial, or large-scale content production projects, as well as television broadcasting, media organizations, or digital publishing environments, is preferred.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve content production, creative development, data analysis, or operational efficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong photography, videography, editing, and post-production capabilities.
- Proven experience managing photography and video production projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and onsite execution.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- In-depth understanding of content trends, audience engagement, and platform best practices for Douyin, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital content platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
