ATS is actively hiring a Communications Specialist / Content Manager with TS/SCI w/ Polygraph in Chantilly, VA.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-visibility impact on an evolving mission that requires a self-motivated, creative individual to work with a talented and dedicated team.  The ideal candidate will have expertise in Strategic Communications and Joomla web development, ensuring effective digital engagement and content management


Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute internal communications aligned with strategic messaging.
• Draft and publish workforce messages promoting FO events such as All Hands meetings.
• Gather and summarize key topics for the weekly newsletter to engage the workforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to develop and update digital content.
• Create and implement visually appealing, user-friendly web pages and newsletters.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508, GDPR, CCCA, and other regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve website issues, coordinating with IT and external vendors as needed.
• Gather content requirements and update web text, images, videos, and multimedia.
• Provide editorial quality control and support mass email distribution via EDGE Mass Email Tool.
• Work with various stakeholders to develop and deploy new communication strategies.
• Act as a technical liaison between users, managers, and developers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience with SharePoint, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft OneNote

Salary Range for this position is $190,000 to $200,000
