Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our growing team, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage commercial relationships and contracts. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll oversee contract performance, support commercial negotiations, and provide guidance on key contractual and financial matters. Working alongside sales and delivery teams, you'll help drive successful customer outcomes, manage commercial opportunities and risks, while supporting bid activity through financial modelling and commercial insight. Managing the commercial performance of customer contracts, ensuring contractual obligations are met and building trusted relationships with customers throughout the contract lifecycle. Acting as a key point of contact for commercial discussions, supporting negotiations with customers and identifying opportunities to maximise value. Developing commercial models, business cases and pricing proposals to ensure new opportunities and contract variations deliver profitable outcomes. Supporting bid activity through P&L modelling, financial analysis and commercial insight to inform decision making. Drafting and reviewing contract schedules and variations, working closely with legal, sales and account teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Preparing and presenting regular customer reports, providing clear updates on contract performance and commercial activity. Working closely with billing teams to ensure invoices are raised accurately and in line with customer agreements and expectations. An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and confidently engage with customers and internal stakeholders. Experienced in stakeholder management, with a collaborative approach to working across multiple teams and functions. Commercially minded, with strong numerical and analytical skills and experience working with financial models, pricing or business cases. Confident managing contracts and interpreting commercial terms, with strong attention to detail. Able to maintain customer confidentiality and eligible to hold or obtain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance. Telecoms, technology, defence or similarly regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
