About the assignment
The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Retail Tech Uplift initiative, ensuring the modernization and standardization of core store IT infrastructure across the stores. This role involves driving scope, planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, budget management, and rollout execution in collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Own overall delivery, scope, timeline, budget, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology and Business.
- Establish and maintain the integrated roadmap with Smart Store and CCP.
- Drive risk, dependency, and issue management.
- Secure funding, business cases, and investment planning.
- Lead rollout planning and execution across markets.
- Ensure adoption of infrastructure standards, designs, and guardrails.
- Provide governance updates to sponsors and leadership teams.
