The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer plays a critical role in delivering scalable platform capabilities and driving the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. What you'll do:
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
- Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and intelligent automation features.
- Mentor engineers, promote technical growth, and influence architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Utilize data-driven practices to define success metrics and optimize development processes.
- Foster continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to engineering excellence.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient platforms.
- Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development aligned with roadmap priorities.
- Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Demonstrated skills in mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and fostering continuous learning.
- Data-driven problem-solving and requirements analysis to translate complex user needs into actionable solutions.
- Commitment to software security, quality assurance, and engineering excellence through design reviews and remedial actions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
