Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

Drive sales growth through effective account management, strategic planning, and business development activities.

Identify opportunities to expand product penetration and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.

Prospect and develop new customers within targeted industrial sectors.

Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.

Provide technical and commercial recommendations that deliver measurable value for customers.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and account development plans.

Collaborate with technical, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity pipelines, and sales forecasts within CRM systems.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth.

Represent Freudenberg at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, Reliability Services, Maintenance, or a related industrial environment.

Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer priorities.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.

We welcome candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Industrial Lubrication, Reliability Engineering or Asset Management

Mining, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry or Rail.
