This position will be part of the Procurement Sourcing Desk. This will encompass strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, negotiations, and operations for procurement activities within scope.Job Description
About the Role:
- Support procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, assist with contract awards, maintain vendor documentation, and support the management of supplier relationships and performance.
- Monitor procurement programs, track KPIs and service metrics, prepare reports, and escalate supplier performance or quality concerns as needed.
- Review contracts and business documents for compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and support contract renewals, extensions, expirations, and terminations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement team members to drive process improvements and effectively support global operations across different time zones.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract administration activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement-related systems, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, remote environment and maintain overlap with North America business hours, Monday through Friday.
