Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $105,100 - $147,100 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Senior Customer Executive - East Commercialization & Distributor Development will drive execution and profitable growth across the Bays and Lender's Dairy Case portfolio throughout the Eastern United States. The role serves as the commercialization engine behind opportunities identified by customer-facing Customer Executives, partnering internally to convert customer opportunities into executable plans, successful launches, distribution gains, and sustainable growth. The position will support Customer Executives and Eastern grocery customers, while maintaining the direct customer call and business ownership for Northeast distributors. Key Responsibilities: Partner with customer-facing Customer Executives to evaluate, prioritize, commercialize, and execute Bays and Lender's Dairy Case growth opportunities across Eastern retail customers. Lead the internal commercialization process from opportunity identification through launch, including item setup, pricing, forecasting, production planning, customer readiness, and post-launch follow-up. Build, maintain, and report a disciplined opportunity pipeline with clear owners, milestones, risks, financial expectations, and next steps. Coordinate cross-functional partners across Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Category Management, Marketing, Customer Planning, Operations, Customer Service, and broker teams to deliver seamless execution. Develop customer-specific selling materials, commercialization decks, new item presentations, business reviews, and internal decision documents in partnership with the applicable Customer Executive. Support distribution gains, assortment optimization, promotional programs, display opportunities, and other initiatives that deliver profitable volume and revenue growth. Serve as the direct commercial lead for Northeast distributors and manage distributor relationships, business reviews, growth plans, issue resolution, and execution follow-through. Identify expansion opportunities across distributor networks and connect those opportunities to the appropriate customer-facing Customer Executive and internal team. Provide leadership across assigned initiatives and influence short- and long-term decisions without direct reporting authority. Monitor performance, diagnose gaps, remove barriers, and provide clear solutions and reporting to achieve growth plans. Primary Customers and Distributor Scope: Primary focus on commercialization and internal execution support for the Bays and Lender's Dairy Case business across the Eastern United States. Direct customer and business responsibility for assigned Northeast distributors. Travel to customer and distributor locations, company facilities, headquarters, and industry events as required for business growth and execution. Demonstrates strong customer focus, commercial acumen, collaboration, and execution excellence. Education and Work History: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field required. Minimum of 7 years of sales, customer management, commercialization, category management, or equivalent experience in consumer packaged goods or grocery retail. Experience working with grocery retailers, distributors, brokers, or cross-functional customer teams. Experience in refrigerated, dairy case, bakery, fresh, or adjacent categories preferred.
