The Role
Macquarie University IT is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail to assist our MQ Health IT Service team. You will be highly organised, capable of engaging customers and following processes.
This is an excellent opportunity in a busy IT Service Management area.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for the MQ Health IT Service Team customers.
Log customer inquiries into Service Now.
Escalate incident and request matters to team members.
Perform basic troubleshooting to assist customers with minor issues.
About You
An analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Methodical approach to work and able to follow established processes/procedures.
Keen to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Basic understanding of IT Service Management.
