Job Description Summary

• Effective customer relationship management from eRFQ stage upto SOP

Job Description:

Ensure new business wins

• Identification of new business opportunities along with KAM. 
• Navigate new / prospective customers to support sales strategies.
• Ensure new business / customer wins in line with strategy / budget.
• Keep track on competitor growth plan and activity.
• Organize and actively participate in tech days.
• Support Key accounts managers for successful navigations of NBWs.

Effective customer relationship management

• Develop customer relationship for enhancing customer confidence.
• Timely submission of quotation to customer.
• Timely and constant communication with customer on RFQ progress
• Support Customer for development quality concerns with internal QA team
• Timely feedback to customers on general business querieslike

Manage daily activities of sales Department

• To study the drawing & marco feasibility for each part received under RFQ.
• To release the design works order after receipt of LOI from customer / KAM
• Handle SA04 & CRM
• Responsible for managing RFQs through eRFQ.
• Price negotiation and support documentation preparation & level 1 negotiation
• Release monthly sample submission plan in line with customer’s target date
• Sales Order maintenance for sample plant in ERP
• Coordinating with CFT for on time sample submission & for PPAP documents.
• Timely collection of tool & development charges.
• Keep track on Competitor Growth plan & activity.
• Ensure timely development of parts by following up with Engineering & Plant
• IHS, SIAM, ICRA & other subscription handling
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports
• Support for existing GPA & Contracts, new GPA & contracts, business record updating

Required Skills and Education

• Engineering Graduate
• Desirable MBA
• More than 2-4 years of experience in Auto ancillary field (Tool design, new product development & New Business Development).
• Strong technical knowledge and established Relationships management with customers.
