Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour
Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Familiarity with access control systems and badge management is essential for ensuring the security and efficiency of our operations.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Proficiency in using technology is crucial, as our team relies on various digital tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Customer Service Experience (B219): A strong customer service background is vital for providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining positive relationships.

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, reviewing visitor and driver documentation, and directing authorized individuals to designated areas.
- Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records, issue temporary access credentials as authorized, and report discrepancies to site leadership.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
