Your responsibilities:
As a marketing content & communication intern, you will:
- Global/APAC Content Localization & Translation (35%): Assist in localizing and translating marketing materials for the Chinese market, including: website pages, articles, whitepapers, and business cases.
- Website & Digital Ecosystem Management (30%): Execute regular content updates for Chinese and APAC websites. Ensure website content is aligned with global messaging and localized for the Chinese market. Support global channels (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters) with content creation.
- WeChat Accounts Support (25%): For WeChat Official Account, Support in page design, proofreading, and publication. For WeChat video account, assist in creating engaging short-form video content, including performing basic video editing, support overall account management, and monitor performance.
- Offline event and others (10%): Assist in managing events, including logistics, participant communication, on-site support, etc. Support other ad hoc marketing activities.
Your profile:
We’re looking for candidates:
- Able to commit to 3 days per week for a 4–5 month internship in Shanghai.
- Expected to graduate in 2027, pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business, English Language, or related fields.
- Shows strong passion and basic understanding of the data and AI industry.
- Demonstrates excellent English proficiency (written and spoken). IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 100+. Translation expertise, especially when paired with content adaptation or international collaboration, is a strong advantage. Interviews will be conducted in English.
- Possesses solid knowledge of the Chinese digital marketing ecosystem, including key platforms such as WeChat and Baidu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Good design sense; experience in using Canva, Xiumi Editor and Jianying is a strong advantage.
