Our client is a well-established organization seeking a technically competent IT professional to manage its IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations.
Job Overview
The role will oversee IT infrastructure, networking, security, hardware, CCTV, communication systems, and technical support while ensuring smooth and reliable IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
- Provide technical support across the organization.
- Manage IT hardware, software, and asset inventory.
- Ensure IT security, system compliance, and virus protection.
- Coordinate IT purchases, vendors, contractors, and maintenance.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Manage CCTV, PABX, intercom, audio, and video systems.
- Prepare IT budgets and equipment requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Degree, Diploma, or minimum NVQ Level 1 in IT or a related field.
- Full qualification in computer hardware/networking.
- Strong knowledge of networking configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing CCTV and PABX systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio and video systems.
- Strong English and Sinhala communication skills are mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Age: 25–40 years.
