Job Description: Order-to-Cash (O2C) Analyst – Fresher /NCG
Team Overview
The Order-to-Cash (O2C) team supports global customers and business operations across multiple regions and industries, managing the end-to-end customer revenue lifecycle through key activities such as billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation. As an Order-to-Cash Analyst at Hitachi Vantara, you will play an important role in supporting these core financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in finance processes, ERP systems, digital tools, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. This entry-level opportunity is designed for recent graduates to build a strong foundation in financial operations, develop practical business knowledge, and contribute to efficient cash flow management, operational excellence, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
*Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
* Support the timely and accurate application of cash receipts to customer accounts.
* Participate in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
* Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other finance teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
* Prepare and analyze basic financial reports and reconciliations.
* Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to O2C.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the O2C cycle.
* Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency.
* Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
*Participate in process improvement, documentation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Job Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (B.COM, MBA Finance, M.COM).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or AI tools is a plus.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
* Prior internship or academic project experience in a finance or accounting function is a plus.
* Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
