Sr. IT Project ManagerのポジションQVC Internationalをサポートし、特定プロジェクト専任ではなく、大規模なIT変革をリードする 当社の重要IT 案件を横断的に担当し、ビジネス部門・IT部門・グローバルチーム・外部ベンダーを巻き込みな がらプロジェクトを成功へ導く役割を担います。プロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクト メンバーを牽引、推進していただきます。

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に2~3回幕張オフィスでの勤務が必要です（出社日は事前に決められており、会社全体で統一されています）

仕事内容

• Lead and drive large-scale IT projects, including enterprise system modernization, OMS related initiatives, and cloud migration programs. • Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee project execution from initiation to go live.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with business teams, IT teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors to align project objectives and outcomes.
• Lead system modernization and IT transformation initiatives that contribute to the organization's long-term strategic goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and support executive decision making.
• Drive organizational transformation through effective project governance and stakeholder management.

応募資格

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience leading system implementation, system development, or application development projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and release.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and hands-on project management experience.
• Background as a software/development engineer, or practical experience working for an SIer (System Integrator) or within a corporate IT department.

• Experience leading on-premises to cloud migration projects.
• Experience implementing systems within the retail and/or logistics industries.
