For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 8+ years of experience as an Technical Product Owner
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise software products end-to-end across all SDLC phases — including architecture, development, testing, and deployment — with clear accountability for releases, dependencies, and risk management.
- Hands-on software engineering background enabling active, credible participation in technical discussions and the ability to influence decisions from a business and client requirements standpoint.
- Strong product ownership capabilities encompassing backlog management, requirements definition, roadmap planning, and prioritisation aligned to business objectives.
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple locations, navigating the communication and coordination challenges inherent in international project environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Fluency in English, at least B2 level
- Availability for Remote model (based in Portugal)
