Description
Job Purpose:
The role is to support the HR Controlling Team in delivering day to day financial control of the organisation´s payroll activities and in AFC and forecast processes according to business assumptions. The HR Controller collects and analyzes payroll data and ensures that the data is accurate and prepared in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to give an informative overview to the Management
Responsibilities
Collects, analyzes, updates and reconciles payroll and benefit data on a monthly basis
Calculates bonus payments and bonus accruals for employees with variable salary split
Analyses bonus payout in regards to country/business performance
Examines and verifies payroll, benefit, leave and position control data for accuracy, appropriateness and documentation
Prepares analysis of operating results in terms of payroll costs
Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) initiatives and provides the required audit support
Prepares regular monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports as well as ad-hoc financial estimates and budgets according to AOP and forecast processes
Ensures that all reports and budgets are analyzed, commented, and reported according to the instructions received
Proposes improvements to systems and methods of work and analysis and contributes to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to business requirements
Ensures accurate weekly and monthly Headcount Reporting in SAP HR / Business Warehouse, Headcount Outlook / Development for permanent employees as well as external consultants
Strong collaboration with HR organization.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
University degree in Business Administration / Controlling
Strong technical accounting skills
Minimum 2 years professional experience in Controlling, preferably HR / Payroll Controlling
SAP experience
Previous experience gained within a multi-national organization
Fluency in English mandatory
Strongly analytical approach in daily tasks
High focus on details and data accuracy
Readiness of mind
