Join Hah,nair as our Key Account Manager (all genders) for Latin America & Central America, based in São Paulo, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and market development across the region.

Your Impact

• Establish a firm network with travel agencies, travel associations and governmental tourism institutes 
• Train and present to the travel trade including visits to travel partners in approx.10 markets in Latin America and Central America, including service partners in Mexico and Peru, as well as be responsible for negotiations of agreements.  
• Promote Hahnair´s services in the markets of responsibility and coordinate all marketing activities (newsletters, trade fairs etc.) with Head Office in Germany 
• Perform research to support the market strategy in the region and maintain accurate records of all activities 
• Provide and adhere to the marketing budget 
• Support of the local Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in coordination with Hahnair Headquarters 
• Supervision of the IATA/BSP in consultation with our inhouse Revenue Accounting

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of over 8 years in sales in the Tourism or Aviation industry (Corporate or Leisure) 
• Ability to work in a remote and self-managing environment and willingness to travel 
• Hands-on experience in sales in other industries is of advantage 
• Basic knowledge of the conventional GDS systems is beneficial 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong relationship management and intercultural competence 
• Distinct entrepreneurial mindset, a drive for sales results and high self-motivation 
• Business fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
