Customer Service OfficerJob Description:
sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure product shipment inform, return to sales, and payment
- Process internal system, acquaint with ERP and ORACLE system will be preferred
- Maintain related reports which supplier
- Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in required
- Fluent in English written
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook / Excel/PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP SD module preferred)
- Good communication skill and strong sense of commitment
- Data-sensitive and well-developed administrative skills
- Customer-oriented and good teamwork
