Description
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring solutions are delivered to agreed scope, quality, timelines and budget.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive delivery environment, bringing together functional consultants, developers, project managers, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to achieve shared outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, while promoting continuous improvement across teams.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, working closely with business leads to understand priorities, manage expectations and support effective decision-making.
- Provide delivery leadership across the project lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management and governance reporting.
- Support functional and solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical and user-centred Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Coach and mentor delivery team members, encouraging knowledge sharing, professional development and a positive team culture.
- Work closely with change, testing and training teams to ensure successful solution adoption and a positive end-user experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery methodologies, project standards and CRM implementation best practices.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering technology or business transformation projects in a Scrum Master, Functional Lead, Delivery Lead, Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role.
- Demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) implementations and enhancements.
- Professional certification in Project Management or Agile Methodologies, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), AgilePM Practitioner, SAFe Practitioner or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong and trusted working relationships.
- Strong experience managing project plans, RAID logs, delivery governance, reporting and project controls.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate functional, technical and business resources throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
