What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor coating equipment used to manufacture adhesive tape.

• Follow recipes and production instructions to mix batches of adhesives in our chemical mixing area.

• Use your machine operation or printing experience to help keep equipment running properly.

• Maintain accurate production and material records.

• Coordinate with other departments to keep supplies and materials available.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Support other production activities and help teammates meet daily production needs.

• Help deliver quality products that meet customer expectations.

What You Bring

• A strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.

• Willingness and ability to learn coating equipment operation and adhesive mixing processes.

• Attention to detail when following recipes, handling materials, and recording production information.

• Clear communication, dependable teamwork, and a willingness to take initiative.

• An understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles, including reducing waste and keeping work areas organized.

Relevant experience: Machine operation, printing, coating, chemical mixing, or manufacturing production.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

This is an active production role that involves:

• Lifting and carrying materials weighing 40–60 pounds.

• Standing for extended periods.

• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, and pushing.

• Using hands and fingers to grasp, handle, and manipulate tools and materials.

• Climbing ladders and moving across stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces.
