Build a broad foundation in finance and accounting through hands-on rotations across critical business functions. Over four six-month assignments in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance AI & BI, Pricing & Estimating, and Accounting, you'll partner directly with business teams, build real analytical and technical skills, and gain the perspective needed to identify where you want to grow long-term.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support planning and leadership reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data tools to surface performance insights
• Analyze cost drivers, labor rates, and inputs to support bids and proposals
• Support account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures
• Collaborate across departments to gather and validate data that informs decision-making
• Deliver clear, well-organized presentations to mentors and leadership across each assignment

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong Excel proficiency and foundational coursework in finance and/or accounting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt across different functional areas

Desired:

• Exposure to financial modeling, SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Python, or ERP/accounting software through coursework or projects
• Leadership experience in a student organization, internship, or professional setting
• Interest in the aerospace or private space industry

 

Base Pay Range for:

WA applicants is $69,711.00 - $97,595.40

• Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing, vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
• Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
