Technical Support Specialist with ItalianJob Description
To ensure the expansion of our Welcome and Support Center we are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist.
The Welcome and Support Centre provides technical support and replacement parts logistic support for one of Concentrix’s major customers.
So, what’s the role all about?
Handling Clients’ Technical requests by phone and chat
Providing Hardware and Software support to the utilized multifunctional devices
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
Ensuring that all Service level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
Our top candidate has:
Fluency in Italian and working level of English
Basic Troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs
Ability to present complex information in a simple way
