Create detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality functionality
Partner with Product Management to align backlog priorities with roadmap goals, client needs, and market opportunities in the retirement space
Work closely with engineering, QA, UX/design, data, and implementation teams to prepare sprint-ready work and ensure shared understanding
Serve as the primary day-to-day product decision-maker for the scrum team
Support the delivery of capabilities across areas such as participant communications, digital enrollment journeys, retirement readiness engagement, plan education, personalization, reporting, and administrative workflows

Help balance configurable client-specific needs with broader platform scalability and product consistency
Validate completed work against requirements and acceptance criteria and support release readiness
Collaborate with client success, implementation, operations, and sales teams to gather feedback and continuously improve product functionality
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and process gaps early and proactively drive resolution
Use customer feedback, usage data, and operational insights to improve prioritization and feature definition
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery practices, requirement quality, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar product delivery role
