Project Manager Business Consultant

Mission Overview:

The Project Manager Business role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver transformation projects within the Global Channels team, focusing on cash management, trade, and global factoring.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a portfolio of transformation projects, leading or contributing to ensure end-to-end solutions are designed, developed, and deployed across multiple teams and geographies.
• Scope requirements and client needs regarding implementation and maintenance, including interviewing implementation and servicing teams, analyzing servicing requests, client feedback, and benchmarking. Contribute to the design of portal solutions.
• Design current and future processes, including change impacts on various teams (implementation, L1/L2, back-office, relationship managers, etc.).
• Identify key risks and mitigation steps, structure and consolidate market feedback for future-proof solutions.
• Manage stakeholders actively, ensuring alignment and collective progress toward objectives.
• Interact with product teams to backlog, phase, and plan necessary IT developments.
• Monitor allocated budgets closely.
• Own the insertion of new processes into concerned teams (training, webinars, sales pitches).
• Define and measure KPIs, present new processes to stakeholders to ensure adoption.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business management or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in complex project/program management.
• Prior experience on corporate platforms.
• Working knowledge in industrialization, digital transformation, and/or change management.
• Knowledge of cash management and bank connectivity is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in French.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Client-centric mindset, clear and concise communication, structured problem-solving, collaborative attitude, ability to deal with ambiguity and present to stakeholders in a simplified manner.
• Some travel in Europe (mainly France).
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
