Job Summary
We are seeking a Planning Solutions Analyst & Procurement Planner to support our rapidly growing eBOS business. This hybrid role combines supply planning, procurement planning, and planning systems support to bridge the gap between commercial forecasts and supply execution.
The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT to transform early-stage project forecasts into actionable supply plans, support supplier onboarding into planning systems, maintain planning data in Anaplan and ERP platforms, and coordinate procurement activities required to meet project delivery commitments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business process challenges, working across multiple systems, and improving supply chain execution through data and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Planning Solutions
Convert Salesforce opportunity forecasts into planning demand within Anaplan by translating commercial forecasts into supply planning drivers.
Maintain and validate planning data including product structures, supplier information, pricing, lead times, and allocation parameters.
Support onboarding of new suppliers into NetSuite, Anaplan, and related planning systems.
Coordinate with Engineering to ensure new products and part structures are available to support forecasting and procurement.
Identify planning system gaps and partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement process improvements.
Develop dashboards and KPIs that measure planning performance, forecast accuracy, and order execution cycle times.
Support weekly S&OP activities by preparing planning data, identifying supply risks, and recommending mitigation actions.
Procurement Planning
Convert approved and capacity driven demand into purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Coordinate supplier commitments, confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Monitor purchase order status and proactively resolve material shortages or schedule risks.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries supporting customer project milestones.
Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, pricing setup, and system readiness.
Support inventory planning and material availability analysis.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and IT.
Drive resolution of planning and execution issues across NetSuite, Arena, Salesforce, and Anaplan.
Document standard work and continuously improve planning and procurement processes.
Support implementation of new planning capabilities as the eBOS business scales.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong Excel skills and experience manipulating large datasets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, operations, procurement, and commercial teams.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with ERP planning software (Anaplan, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP, o9, etc.).
Experience supporting manufacturing or project-based operations.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and product lifecycle management systems (Arena, Agile PLM, etc.).
Basic understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and production planning.
Experience participating in S&OP or demand planning processes.
