Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will focus on designing, implementing, and reporting on email programs and campaigns using specialized marketing automation software, such as Eloqua and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Design, implement, and report on email programs and campaigns using marketing automation software (Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
• Develop and execute time-sensitive campaigns for webinars and events, as well as permanent email journeys
• Create and manage email templates, segments, journey flows, and automation rules
• Analyze and report on email campaign performance using Excel, Eloqua and Tableau
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and suggest recommendations on how to improve performance
• Optimize email campaigns and programs to increase conversion rates and overall campaign KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategy

You are a true team player who cooperates across boundaries, values diverse perspectives, and builds lasting relationships with stakeholders. You have a clear understanding of how innovative digital marketing solutions drive company success, and you're skilled at actively listening to stakeholder needs and translating them into effective marketing strategies.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar field of studies
• Around 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing automation
• Proven experience with marketing automation software, such as Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and email marketing KPIs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using Excel, Eloqua, and/or Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
