Job Description:
The Graphic Designer will be primarily responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative visual graphics and lead-generating marketing campaigns while working with the Creative Team and Marketing Managers for the promotion of dental consumables. The role will support in ensuring all visual marketing collaterals meet branding guidelines and timelines and provide direction to external resources when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, conceptualizes, strategizes, and designs a wide range of high-quality visual design deliverables ranging from print, digital, and motion graphics.
- Designs and produces lead-generating integrated marketing campaigns and other brand-related marketing collateral including new product launches and sales support tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding graphic design, revisions, and specifications on product labels and packaging.
- Collaborates with other designers, Marketing managers, and Product managers to understand requirements, and provide creative, user-focused design solutions.
- Responsible for the completion of every step from concept through production and archive maintenance.
- Works on a variety of levels of work ranging from campaign creation, product labeling, packaging and production projects.
- Ensures that marketing material is accurate and distributed in a timely basis.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the design development process from concept through production and prepares files for release and production.
- Actively contributes and collaborates with research and marketing on strategic brainstorming, website experience, and campaign development.
- Supports the establishment of creative and design direction for the Company and maintains and enforces brand and style guidelines.
- Supports the marketing team in meeting product launch deadlines by ensuring assigned deliverables are completed on time.
- Drives attention to detail by ensuring that all visual graphics and collateral maintain a consistent level of quality.
- Stays abreast of design trends and continually fosters optimization and evolution of style.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS) and supports the implementation of actions. Implements EBS tools into department activities and standard work.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- College degree in related program
- 3-5 years of experience as a Web Publisher with deep expertise in CMS platforms, especially Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA.
- Solid foundation in web disciplines, including UX, design principles, and content best practices.
- Familiarity of Oracle back-end systems
- Familiarity with Widen/DAM applications.
- Skilled in copywriting and editorial quality control to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of published content.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

- Proven project management experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong ownership of timely, accurate content delivery and professional execution.
- Clear, effective communicator with strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical issues.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
