This is an opportunity to join the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area supporting Global Patriot as a Principal Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). In this fast-paced role you will work closely with the Middle East and Asia Pacific (MAP) FP&A Manager through the entire forecasting cadence as well as regional & functional finance leaders
This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex & high-profile program area. This role will allow for high visibility during various monthly & quarterly reviews to LADS Leadership as well as Regional Program Area & Functional Leadership Teams.
This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocations assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do
Ensuring accuracy & completeness of data
Support the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including the following: Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Monthly Operation Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Balance Sheet Reviews
Analyze large amounts of data from various sources in support of various requests
Support frequent ad-hoc requests
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
Experience with APEX, RPlan, or a similar toolset
Experience with Microsoft Excel
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Financial Planning & Analysis Experience
Ability to meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with various functions and levels of management
Strong attention to detail & ability to analyze complex financial scenarios

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
