Summary:
Deliver hands-on change management for the country transition portfolio as part of the country Programme Delivery & PMO capability in Krakow and Bangalore, working into the local VP / centre delivery leadership and under functional guidance from the Level B VP Change. Partner with Project Managers to ensure transition activity is understood, adopted and embedded on the ground. This role suits practical change practitioners with transition delivery experience, strong materials creation, stakeholder engagement and a passion for making change land for impacted teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver change plans, stakeholder mapping, engagement activity, communications, readiness assessments and adoption support for assigned transitions.
- Work day-to-day with Project Managers, local VP / centre delivery leadership, the Level B Change Lead, People Partners, sending organisations, SMEs and GCC teams.
- Translate transition plans into practical change activity that helps impacted teams understand what is changing, what it means for them and how to prepare.
- Create high-quality change materials directly, including messages, briefing packs, FAQs, engagement content, readiness outputs and adoption support.
- Identify stakeholder concerns, change impacts, readiness gaps and adoption risks, escalating issues and driving practical follow-up where needed.
- Support leaders and impacted teams on the ground through clear engagement, communications and readiness planning.
- Track change actions, risks, adoption indicators and feedback, keeping progress visible and follow-up clear.
- Apply programme change templates, standards and messages consistently while adapting to local country and functional realities.
- Contribute lessons learned and practical improvements to the wider GBS Change Community and local change capability.
Essential Experience:
- Experience delivering change activity in complex transition, transformation or business change environments.
- Hands-on delivery of stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption activity.
- Strong written communication and materials creation capability, with attention to clarity, tone and audience needs.
- Practical project delivery mindset: able to work with plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, value-add style: able to pick up actions, create outputs and keep change activity moving without heavy direction.
- Credibility working with Project Managers, local delivery leadership, HR / People teams, sending organisations and impacted user groups.
- Passion for making change land, with focus on understanding, readiness, adoption and sustained ways of working.
- Comfortable as an individual contributor; no people leadership requirement, but strong personal ownership essential.
Desirable Experience
- GBS, Shared Services, GCC, transition, service management or operating model change experience.
- Experience supporting multi-country change delivery across Poland, India or similar global locations.
- Exposure to mobilisation, stabilisation, adoption or benefits realisation activity.
- Formal change management qualification or methodology exposure, such as Prosci or APMG Change Management.
- Experience supporting people-impacting change or functional transitions across Finance, Procurement, HR, PMO or similar domains.
