Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously refining and adapting designs to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Experience in defining architectural standards and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Proficient in evaluating technology trends and incorporating them into architectural strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- Equivalent education is required.
