Description
Your Role as a Physiotherapist
As a Physiotherapist with our Chermside Allied Health team, you'll deliver person-centred services across aged care, disability, community, and wellbeing settings. You’ll empower individuals to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully by:
Provide high level physiotherapy services to customers presenting with a wide range of disability and functional needs.
Deliver individual and group services, balancing direct treatment with supervised therapy to enhance the customer experience.
Work across services and sites within WMQ dependent upon service requirements.
Complete accurate assessment and review of physical needs of customers, and to provide a consultancy service for a range of activities to a wide range of customers.
Provide instruction, supervision and education to customers, support workers and other carers as required.
Identify opportunities to provide other cross disciplinary services which may be of benefit to the customer.
Ensure that the customer is an active participant in the development and review of treatment goals and planning.
Ensure that positive and professional relationships and rapport are developed and maintained with customers.
This role is offering full-time hours however we are also open to applications seeking a part-time opportunity as a Physiotherapist!

What We’re Looking For
Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy.
Current registration with AHPRA.
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with staff, clients, and families.
Exceptional communication skills and a focus on patient-centred care.
Essential Requirements
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work.
