Position Summary
As a professional team member, the Director, Field Package Marketing (“the Director”) will contribute their expertise in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Global Technology, Resort Operations, and Sales & Marketing etc.) area to support discipline and/or business objectives. Works with a high degree of independence, setting function strategy in alignment with broader business objectives. The Director is a recognized authority in area of specialty, serving as discipline interface with other areas.
The Director serves as the primary field liaison for enterprise package marketing initiatives and is responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and performance of Encore, RSVP, and related package marketing programs across assigned markets. This position partners closely with Sales, Resort Operations, Marketing, and Training teams to improve program execution, increase production, identify operational opportunities, and support enterprise business objectives. The Director provides operational insight, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations designed to improve consistency, close percentage, customer experience, and business outcomes while serving as the field-based subject matter expert for package marketing initiatives.

Expected Contributions
The duties / responsibilities include:
Drive sales performance through improved execution of package programs and field marketing initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of scalable package marketing programs designed to improve tour growth, lead quality, and customer experience.
Conduct site visits, field observations, and operational assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide functional leadership, strategic guidance, and performance consultation to Encore Sales Executives and field leadership teams.
Identify, document, and facilitate the adoption of operational best practices across markets.
Evaluate package performance, promotional effectiveness, and customer engagement initiatives to optimize business outcomes.
Support the development, implementation, and governance of operational frameworks, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Develop reporting mechanisms and performance dashboards to provide visibility into program effectiveness by market, segment, and initiative.
Support budget management, resource prioritization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Provide operational insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to improve program performance and business outcomes.
Influence field performance through operational observations, training partnerships, performance analytics, and targeted intervention strategies.
Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for package marketing programs within assigned markets.
Recognize and celebrate team successes while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Business Partnership
Partner with Sales Operations, Resort Operations, Marketing, and Field Leadership to ensure successful deployment and adoption of enterprise package marketing programs.
Partner with Training and Field Leadership to develop targeted training strategies, coaching interventions, and performance improvement plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve operational execution, customer experience, and financial performance.
Partner with site leadership to establish accountability measures and performance improvement initiatives.
Building Successful Relationships and Driving Performance
Serve as the primary field liaison between enterprise functions and sales center operations.
Build strong relationships with field leadership teams to support operational excellence and business growth.
Facilitate communication and alignment between corporate initiatives and field execution.
Support change management efforts and adoption of new initiatives across markets.
Lead through influence, expertise, collaboration, and partnership to drive execution and business outcomes.
General Department Operations
Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones.
Responds to, solves and makes decisions on more complex/non-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk.

Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in marketing, sales operations, hospitality, vacation ownership, or related field leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, field performance improvement efforts, operational execution strategies, and influencing business results through partnership and collaboration.

Use problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.
Ability to travel up to 75% % per annum.
