Join Our Team
We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our rental operations in either Regina or Saskatoon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find the right equipment and solutions for their projects.
As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting rental, sales, and administrative activities.
Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service at the rental counter
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Promote and sell rental equipment, products, and services
- Prepare rental and sales agreements and contracts
- Process equipment returns and close rental contracts accurately
- Assist customers with equipment availability, pricing, and product information
- Utilize internal systems to manage customer transactions and equipment inquiries
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records
- Support equipment servicing activities as required
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
What You'll Bring
- Several years of direct sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Understanding of construction projects, job site requirements, and equipment applications is considered an asset
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of a diverse rental equipment fleet
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency with computer systems and business applications
- Flexible and adaptable with a strong team-oriented approach
