Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.

- High School Diploma or Equivalency, required.
- 2+ years of home remodeling and construction experience; personal tools and 3/4-ton truck to pull company trailer; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
- Passion for teamwork and training.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.
- Attend goal-setting meetings with management and team.
- Abide by current industry practices, processes, and procedures with personal and/ or company tools and vehicle to pull company trailer and/ or vehicle.
- Pre-Install.
