- Handle customer service activities, including order processing, invoicing, delivery, import and export flows and logistics and warehousing management.
- Manage order fulfilment in accordance with the ordering flow and ordering systems.
- Manage office administration to ensure operations efficiency.
- Facilitates new product production/ needs through coordination with sales managers and production plants.
- Coordinate and analyse sales forecasts to support supply planning and customer service execution.
- Work with Finance on accounting matters including invoices, debit notes and accounts receivable to facilitate payment collection.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
